Showcase your Project Communications, stakeholder management, time management and training skills in this pivotal project role with a Cultural Institution.We are seeking a Communications and Engagement professional to join the Partnerships Section of a Canberra based Cultural Institution. In this role, you will provide coordination and communication support within a key project modernising infrastructure to improve data quality.This is a 6 non-ongoing contract. Canberra location with flexible working conditions, including flexibility to work from home part of the week. Salary negotiable within the APS 6 salary band, commensurate with experience.Reporting to an Assistant Director, Key Responsibilities in this role will include:
- Provide coordination and communication support to the Data Modernisation Project
- Liaise with key internal stakeholder to develop communications facilitating cross-brand project development and collaboration
- Deliver communication activities for the Data Modernisation project that align with broader Branch communication scheduling
- Manager complex customer and stakeholder enquiries on the project
- Develop and deliver training programs for stakeholders, based on train the trainer approach
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions are understood and support change management and project implementation milestones
- Project board secretariat support
- Provide high level customer liaison, communication and outreach to internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience delivering nuanced communications
- An ability to understand and explain technical processes
- Experience in stakeholder relationship development and change management
- Experience developing and delivering training programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Australian citizenship
