DFAT’s Overseas Property Office and Services division manages the Australian Government’s international property network, including owned and leased estates, and a significant domestic property estate. This global property portfolio comprises over 1,000 owned and leased properties in 108 locations across five continents. The overseas owned estate was valued at $3.1 billion at 30 June 2023.
The Property Strategic Planning Officer will support the planning and coordination of property and portfolio activities across the Overseas Property Portfolios by monitoring, analysing and reporting across a diverse range of portfolio related matters.
Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills. Capabilities in strategic portfolio planning, property investment management, real estate transactions and valuations and/or contract administration and contract management will be highly regarded.
