Maritime Cross-Platform Systems Program Office (MCPSPO), located in the heart of Sydney CBD, is looking for enthusiastic, motivated and agile thinkers to join our Business Management Team in a Resource Planning Manager role.
As part of your duties, you will:
- Support the MCPSPO leadership team by providing ready access to financial and workforce Resource Planning information
- Lead the implementation of finance systems and tools to enable accurate financial resource management
- Undertake planning and monitoring of MCPSPO in year and future years budgets ensuring that funding sources are identified, utilised and recorded within corporate records
- Work with business management and human resource teams to identify and plan future workforce requirements
- Contribute to business improvement efforts and innovation within the team and support whole of business unit projects and organisational initiatives
- Facilitate ongoing Lessons Learned workshops for Continual Improvement in resource Management
The MCPSPO within Maritime Systems Division, is responsible for the delivery of Cross-Class sustainment services and advice across the maritime environment. MCPSPO sustains and manages a range of complex military systems and supplies, through an extensive network of industry partners, domestic and off-shore.
Our operating environment is complex and challenging, and requires exceptional contract and relationship management skills. MCPSPO is comprised of three functions, including Commercial, Sustainment and Engineering cells. The teams bring together a diverse range of knowledge, skills and experience to deliver Cross-Class products and services to our Maritime customers.
