McArthur is seeking Production Officers for immediate start in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. Full time hours are available until January 2025 with the potential for a further extension.
As a Production Officer you will learn to work with light machinery, quality check important documents and assist with the dispatch of the product. This is a key role in ensuring timely and accurate printing and distribution of these documents to the Australian community.
The ideal person will be comfortable working on their feet between both Craigieburn and Epping sites, and have availability to work 7am - 3pm and 7:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production and printing in line with policy standards
- Provide quality assurance
- Support in the packing and dispatch of product
- Movement of light stock
Why you would be successful:
- Experience in a similar role or within warehousing, production or printing.
- Willingness to learn how to work with light machinery. Prior experience with trolley jacks or forklift licence will look favourably
- Own transport to work across both sites
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Professional and clear communication both written and verbal
- Committed to the role and reliable
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously
