Job description
Duties and responsibilities:
Manage mailboxes and action various enquiries such as operations enquiries and administrative enquiries from staff members, recruitment agencies, other branches, and other stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Manage business support functions and operating procedures, including the onboarding of new starters and offboarding of staff who are leaving the Agency
Assist with monthly financial accruals
Manage the payment of invoices
Work on operations/HR projects and tasks, and liaise with relevant stakeholders as needed
Other duties and projects where directed
Your profile will demonstrate:
Demonstrated experience in a similar role - i.e. administration, business support, etc.
Experience with financial reconciliation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Customer service and stakeholder liaison skills.
Australian citizenship (mandatory).
