Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage mailboxes and action various enquiries such as operations enquiries and administrative enquiries from staff members, recruitment agencies, other branches, and other stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Manage business support functions and operating procedures, including the onboarding of new starters and offboarding of staff who are leaving the Agency
- Assist with monthly financial accruals
- Manage the payment of invoices
- Work on operations/HR projects and tasks, and liaise with relevant stakeholders as needed
- Other duties and projects where directed
Your profile will demonstrate:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role - i.e. administration, business support, etc.
- Experience with financial reconciliation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service and stakeholder liaison skills.
- Australian citizenship (mandatory).
