AddressAPS4 Administration Officer in Brisbane on a contract until 30th June 2025
Your new company:Hays has partnered with a large Federal government agency for an APS4 information management officer on a contract from 5th August – 30th June 2025.
Your new role:
The APS5 Administration Officer will be required to provide operational and administrative assistance based on sound knowledge, including research and analysis.
You’ll also engage with internal and external stakeholders to address moderate to complex inquiries.
Responsibilities include:
- Organising the team email inbox, calendars and appointments, responding to team priorities and timeframes.
- Researching and responding to general enquiries
- Preparing meeting minutes and papers
- Supporting the drafting of written communications and managing documents and databases
- Organising travel and finance reconciliation
- Supporting with project management work, and the delivery of work priorities
What you’ll need to succeed: - Candidates MUST BE Australian Citizens.
