Aps4 Executive Assistant

The organisation
This highly regarded government department is looking for a high performing APS4 Executive Assistant to come in on an initial 6 month non-ongoing or a permanent S26 transfer (if applicable). This would be a great opportunity for someone within the APS to have a change of pace and support two busy executives in an up and coming area. 

The role
As the Executive Assistant, you will:

• Act as the first point of contact for the branch/division 
• Support two executives with diary management and travel booking 
• Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders 
• Prepare briefings for a variety of meetings
• Day to day administrative tasks for the branch
• Assist with coordinating branch/divisional administrative tasks 
• Undertake filing and records management functions

Skills & Experience
The successful applicant will have:

• Proven attention to detail, organisation and resilience 
• A current baseline security clearance. 
• Experience within APS as an Executive Assistant or a similar role with transferable skills
