Your new roleThe Onboarding team plays a crucial role in supporting new employee hires effectively within the organisation. This position is a part of the Talent Acquisition Division of the Human Resources Department and has close collaboration with various teams within the division and department.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and complete assigned tasks, ensuring quality.Understand and utilise key systems such as HRIS, Ticketing Platform, and Background Check Portal.Generate offer letters and conduct pre-employment screenings.Perform quality assurance for the onboarding process, including data management and reporting.Assist in project work to achieve organisational goals.Make informed decisions based on expertise, adhering to legal and best practice standards.Foster and maintain relationships with both internal and external parties, addressing onboarding and recruitment queries.Aid in creating and updating onboarding guidelines.Execute administrative and operational duties, including research and analysis.Compose professional correspondence following established templates.What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of recruitment processes and familiarity with systems such as HRIS and Ticketing Platform, ensuring effective management of multiple projects to meet tight deadlines. They will exhibit excellent communication abilities, particularly in engaging stakeholders, coupled with proactive problem-solving skills. The role demands a customer service mindset, backed by relevant experience in HR, administration, or recruitment, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team, especially in high-pressure situations.
