Inbox monitoring.
Problem solving and reporting to management.
Communicating, liaising and responding to internal and external stakeholders.
Developing positive working relationships with stakeholders and team members.
Administration tasks, calendar management, diary management and meeting organisation.
Responding to phone calls and general correspondence.
Skills and capabilities
Ability to communicate with people and ability to gather information.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly developed organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
