Duration: Initial Contract 12 months (with extension option)
Salary: $60.67 per hour + 11% Superannuation
Note: To be eligible for consideration, you must be able to attend an info session in person, preferably on Tuesday the 12th March.

Key Responsibilities may include:
- Act as an onsite liaison between senior technical staff, vendors, and end users.
- Support the organisations video conferencing and audio-visual technologies, including configuration, acoustic testing, and end-user training.
- Provide onsite support for physical network services, including hardware installation, removal, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Utilise tools such as drills for hardware installation/removal, potentially handling heavy or awkward objects like visual displays.
- Offer support on the M365 platform.
- Assist with asset logistics, including receipt and distribution, and maintain accurate registration of all ICT assets, including asset moves.
Essential Requirement:
- Demonstrated minimum of 3 years experience in ICT operations roles.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day with a 30-minute break. Hybrid working arrangements are available.
