An exceptional opportunity awaits an APS6 Learning Designer to join our team on an initial 12-month labour-hire basis, with the potential for a further 12-month extension.

You’ll be welcomed into a supportive team culture, offering a strong pipeline of work focused on designing and developing cutting-edge learning solutions. Leveraging Articulate 360 and Rise, you’ll transform written content into engaging, interactive video modules.

As the APS6 Learning Designer, you’ll:

• Develop innovative learning solutions for a diverse workforce
• Manage the entire design process to ensure content meets learner needs and industry standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create blended learning experiences
• Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with subject matter experts
• Drive continuous improvement through ongoing evaluation of learning content
• Maintain a deep understanding of departmental functions, particularly in relation to aged care services
• Undertake other duties as required, aligning with APS Work Level Standards at the APS6 level

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proficiency in designing interactive learning materials using Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise
• Skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop for creating engaging graphics and videos
• Experience in developing educational training videos from conception to final production
• Innovative thinking to design engaging online learning experiences
• Strong project management abilities, including effective deadline management and team coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
