About the role
Our Federal Government client is seeking an APS 6Learning Designer to assist with the design and development of effective and innovating learning solutions for a large workforce.
Duties
- Manage the end-to-end design process to ensure that the training content and learning methodologies are reflective of learner needs and reflect industry best practice
- Work with stakeholders from across the Department to create a blend both synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences, as well as assessment, evaluation and other supporting materials
- Identify, interpret and clarify the learning and development requirements/opportunities to meet the operational and business needs and support a continuous learning and development culture
Skills & experience
- Ability to design and develop online learning materials using Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise, ensuring content is interactive and engaging.
- Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite tools, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop, to create high-quality graphics, animations, and videos for training purposes.
- Expertise in developing training videos, from conceptualisation through to final production, ensuring content is educational, engaging, and professionally produced.
