The Opportunity
An exceptional opportunity awaits an APS6 Learning Designer to join our client's team on an initial 12-month labour-hire basis, with the potential for a further 12-month extension.
You'll be welcomed into a supportive team culture, offering a strong pipeline of work focused on designing and developing cutting-edge learning solutions. Leveraging Articulate 360 and Rise, you'll transform written content into engaging, interactive video modules.
The Role
As the APS6 Learning Designer, you'll:
- Develop innovative learning solutions for a diverse workforce
- Manage the entire design process to ensure content meets learner needs and industry standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create blended learning experiences
- Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with subject matter experts
- Drive continuous improvement through ongoing evaluation of learning content
- Maintain a deep understanding of departmental functions, particularly in relation to aged care services
- Undertake other duties as required, aligning with APS Work Level Standards at the APS6 level
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proficiency in designing interactive learning materials using Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise
- Skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop for creating engaging graphics and videos
- Experience in developing educational training videos from conception to final production
- Innovative thinking to design engaging online learning experiences
- Strong project management abilities, including effective deadline management and team coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
$55/hr – $65/hr + Super
