ABOUT THE JOB:
- Design and develop effective and innovative learning solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end design process to ensure that the training content and learning methodologies are reflective of learner needs.
- Work with stakeholders from across the Department to create a blend both synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences.
- Actively engage with SMEs across the workforce to carry out training needs analysis.
- Identify, interpret and clarify the learning and development requirements/opportunities to meet the operational and business needs.
- Engage in ongoing evaluation of existing learning content to ensure a process of continuous improvement is achieved.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the role and functions of the Department.
THE SUCCESFUL CANDIDATE:
- Ability to design and develop online learning materials, ensuring content is interactive and engaging.
- Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite tools to create high-quality graphics, animations, and videos for training purposes.
- Expertise in developing training videos, from conceptualisation through to final production.
- Creative thinking with the ability to design innovative and engaging online learning experiences.
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and coordinate with team members effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
