About the Role
Design and develop effective and innovative learning solutions for a large, dispersed workforce that has a range of training/learning requirements. You'll work with stakeholders from across the Department to create a blend both synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences, as well as assessment, evaluation, and other supporting materials.
Duties
- Identify, interpret and clarify the learning and development requirements/opportunities to meet the operational and business needs and support a continuous learning and development culture.
- Engage in ongoing evaluation of existing learning content to ensure a process of continuous improvement is achieved.
- Manage the end-to-end design process to ensure that the training content and learning methodologies are reflective of learner needs and reflect industry best practice.
Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to design and develop online learning materials using Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise, ensuring content is interactive and engaging.
- Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite tools, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop, to create high-quality graphics, animations, and videos for training purposes.
What's on offer
The successful candidate will notionally be offered a 15-month hourly rate contract at the APS6 level. This position is based in Canberra
