Learning Designer

About the Department This federal government department is responsible for health research, funding, promotion, and regulation in Australia. About the Role Design and develop effective and innovative learning solutions for a large, dispersed workforce that has a range of training/learning requirements.

You'll work with stakeholders from across the Department to create a blend both synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences, as well as assessment, evaluation, and other supporting materials. Duties Identify, interpret and clarify the learning and development requirements/opportunities to meet the operational and business needs and support a continuous learning and development culture. Engage in ongoing evaluation of existing learning content to ensure a process of continuous improvement is achieved.

Manage the end-to-end design process to ensure that the training content and learning methodologies are reflective of learner needs and reflect industry best practice.
