About the Role Design and develop effective and innovative learning solutions for a large, dispersed workforce that has a range of training/learning requirements.
You'll work with stakeholders from across the Department to create a blend both synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences, as well as assessment, evaluation, and other supporting materials. Duties Identify, interpret and clarify the learning and development requirements/opportunities to meet the operational and business needs and support a continuous learning and development culture. Engage in ongoing evaluation of existing learning content to ensure a process of continuous improvement is achieved.
Manage the end-to-end design process to ensure that the training content and learning methodologies are reflective of learner needs and reflect industry best practice.
