Key Responsibilities:
- Support Workload Increase: Facilitate a significant increase in the workload of our Centre of Excellence (CoE) from 1 May 2023, in response to changes in the Supported Wage System (SWS).
- Assurance Activities: Undertake assurance activities, particularly those of higher sensitivity, complexity, and risk levels, to ensure adherence to guidelines and protocols.
- Grant Management: Manage, understand and interpret complex grant agreements and guidelines, ensuring compliance and effective utilisation of resources.
- Resource Management: Manage team resources accountably and flexibly, optimising efficiency and responsiveness while ensuring equitable distribution of workload.
- Guidance and Coaching: Provide guidance, coaching, and advice to staff on complex cases, stakeholder management and policy implementation.
- Standardised Practices: Support staff in adopting and implementing standardised business practices, identifying and resolving barriers to adoption.
- Quality Assurance: Audit staff work to ensure adherence to program guidelines, protocols, and processes, providing regular formal and informal feedback on quality.
- Leadership in Decision Making: Participate in decision making at a leadership level and support effective communication and change management in relation to business practices.
