Our client is a growing Facilities Management business located in North Ryde. With operations that expand globally, they are now seeking an AR / Billings candidate to join their finance team. The Role 

In this position as an Accounts Receivable / Billing Officer, you will report to the Financial Controller. Your duties will include:

• Invoicing clients for Australian and New Zealand
• Billing duties  
• Allocation of payments
• Weekly debt reports
• Collection reminder calls and emails
• Cashflow reporting
• Reconciliations 

Your Background

To be considered for this AR / Billing Officer role you must possess most of the following attributes:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Accounts Receivable OR Billings role
• Enjoys working in the AR function
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong communication skills as you will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Great attention to detail and willingness to learn
