The Role:
The Architecture Delivery Lead will be responsible for uplifting and maintaining the technology in the Architecture Practice, which consists of various tools and integrations.
This involves project management, stakeholder management, training and support, architecture governance, and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation of the Architecture practice, defining project scope, creating project plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to schedule and budget.
- Analyse business requirements and identify opportunities to leverage the architecture tool and the broader Architecture practice for driving business value.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their requirements and ensure the implementation aligns with their needs
- Provide training and support to users of Architecture tools, including developing documentation and offering ongoing assistance to maximise tool utilisation.
- Ensure compliance with the organisation's architecture governance framework by establishing and maintaining architecture standards, policies, and procedures.
- Continuously enhance the implementation and utilisation of architecture within the business by identifying areas for improvement, implementing changes, and measuring their effectiveness.
- Drive the development, proof of concepts, and implementation of tools and resources necessary for Architecture to improve and automate its service offerings.
Essential Skills:
- Experience designing or implementing enterprise architecture tooling - LeanIX
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from initiation to closure
- Analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and solve problems related to architecture governance, tool adoption, and user support.
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to continuously improve the use of architecture tools and processes.
