You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support the achievement of a client focused approach to helping our participants gain meaningful employment.
Your duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage your own caseload of participants by creating career pathways, supporting them with strategies to look for and apply for work, refer them to job vacancies, link them with training opportunities and coaching and motivate them to success.
- Drive performance and team success by implementing and managing key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Provide clear guidance on business priorities, results and formulate corrective action in response to gaps in performance;
- Manage employee performance and behaviour with a focus on maintaining a high-performance culture in our newly established team;
- Identify and implement process improvement measures;
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with employers, clients and staff; and
- Coach and mentor staff to be successful.
