- Ability to work with non-traditional contract models but also understands traditional construction contracts
- Commercially minded and is comfortable making recommendations to the business
- Property development experience and experience working with a statutory organisation and in a regulated environment preferred
- Experience working on rail projects is ideal
- Ability to work with external law firms
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise
- Ability to be a doer and confident being on the tools
- A minimum of 8 years' experience
- The ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
- A current practising certificate
