Legal Secretary needed for a Top Tier international firm supporting Partners plus the greater team.

The Role:
They currently have multiple roles across their litigation, corporate, real estate and finance teams due to growth within the business. Each role would see you support Partners and a team of Lawyers in the firms’ busy practice areas.
Duties include:

• Travel and accommodation booking
• Expenses
• Billing
• Opening and closing files
• Provide support to executives
• Ad hoc administration tasks

About You:
As this role lies in one of Australia's top law firms a legal background is essential. You will need experience as a legal assistant or Legal Secretary. High attention to detail and strong Microsoft office skills. A proven track record to work to deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
