About the Role:
Are you an experienced Executive Assistant seeking a role that offers work-life balance and flexibility? We have an exciting opportunity for you!
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Education Director, Local Education Team (LET), and key stakeholders to achieve our mission.
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialised, confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Education Director and LET.
- Manage appointments, meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Coordinate business functions, including HR, ICT, Finance, and electronic systems.
- Monitor incoming correspondence, issues, and queries, and initiate appropriate actions.
- Ensure efficient communication and information flow between stakeholders.
- Contribute to effective work practices and team goals within the division.

Special Conditions:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration:
ASO3 $66,590 - $70,968 per annum (1.0 FTE), plus superannuation.
