Job description

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional seeking a rewarding role in education? Look no further! We are currently seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant & Communications/Events Officer to play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive executive support to the Principal and Executive Leadership team, overseeing College publications, advertisement materials, and managing College events.

Responsibilities:
Manage the Principal's schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant materials.
Coordinate and arrange travel logistics, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
Assist in the preparation and editing of various documents, reports, and presentations.
Act as a liaison between the Principal, Executive Leadership team, staff, students, and parents, relaying messages and ensuring effective communication.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters, with professionalism and confidentiality.
Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring information is readily accessible when needed.
Assist with special projects, events, and initiatives as directed by the Principal and executive leadership team.
Enhance College publications and online presence, including coordinating publicity, marketing, and events.
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficient in using office productivity tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
A passion for education and working with young adolescents is highly desirable.
Working with Children Check and RRHAN-EC compulsory.
