About the opportunity
The School of Computer Science are welcoming applications for an Executive Assistant to provide professional executive support tailored to the needs of the designated Executive leader. The incumbent will ensure streamlined operational and administrative functions while understanding the executive's key priorities and the overarching work area goals.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- manage a range of operational activities on a day to day basis
- prepare correspondence, briefing notes and other relevant documentation
- create and distributing communications to a wide audience
- support projects under the direction of the School Manager
- contribute to and implementing process improvements to maintain effective administrative systems for the School.
About you

- experience providing the full suite of professional executive support services
- advanced experience in Microsoft 365 Office suite, including Microsoft Excel
- extensive diary management experience
- proven minute-taking skills with the ability to summarise and present information clearly and concisely
- high level written communication skills across different channels and stakeholders at all levels
- previous experience in creating and maintaining effective administrative systems.
