It’s about people.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Asset Manager Structures to join our Metropolitan team based in East Perth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and high performing structures asset management team within a leading infrastructure and network management organisation.This role is responsible for the development and monitoring of plans, programs, and systems for the management of bridge assets and other structures across the North and South areas of the Metropolitan region, including local government bridges and structures.We are looking for an experienced individual that can also manage investigations, expenditures and provide specialist advice for the development and maintenance of bridge assets.Please refer to the Job Role Statement for a full suite of key responsibilities and deliverables.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in one or more of structures asset management, design, construction or maintenance and refurbishment.
- Experience in bridge project and program development and management.
- Strong leadership skills in order to lead, manage and develop a dynamic team
- Building collaborative working relationships with stakeholders.
