Asset Manager

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our client at a prominent national fund management firm. In this crucial role, you will oversee the management of a diverse portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with strategic financial objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust investment strategies and make data-driven decisions that enhance asset value. This position offers a chance to influence significant financial outcomes and contribute to the professional management of substantial assets.

General Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Participate in strategy formulation to meet investment goals.
• Analyse market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Implement strategies to boost property performance and value.
• Maintain regular communication with internal teams to report on property status and strategic moves.
• Work closely with various departments to align broader business objectives.
• Oversee financial reporting, including budgeting and financial forecasts.
• Track financial health, analysing revenues and expenses.

• Tertiary qualified in property, economics, finance or Business Administration
• A minimum of 5 years commercial property or asset management experience, with proven track record of fostering successful relationships with management, maintenance and stakeholders 
• Prior experience working with a fund desired, not essential.
