Job description

  • Full Time Permanent Position
  • Identify and implement positive improvements for change

Duties
Reporting directly to the Assets Coordinator, the focus of this position is to:

  • Be proficient in the use of One Council and assist in the implementation of new software for the Department.
  • Support the business needs of the Building Services Section, identify improvements and map processes.
  • Maintain and update the Asset Register as required
  • Maintain and update Request Management systems and processes including the use of worxOnline
  • Liaise and work collaboratively across the Building Services team

Skills & Experience
To be successful in the position, you will be/ possess:

  • TAFE Certificate IV in Asset or Business Management (or other qualification and/or experience deemed to be equivalent).
  • Demonstrated competency in the use MS Office programs (Access, Excel)
  • Demonstrated Asset or Business Support skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with One Council Requests
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively maintain data at a high standard within an information management system.
  • Class C Driver’s Licence
  • Proof of Australian residency or citizenship
