A new position has emerged for an Asset Maintenance Planner to join our NSW Motorways and Tunnels Contract at Ventia. At Ventia, our transport contracts are the heart of our success, with over 900 employees working across our transportation contracts in Australia and New Zealand.
The successful Asset Maintenance Planner will be responsible for assisting site specific asset engineers for planning and scheduling of maintenance works and maintaining the Asset Management System in accordance with contract specifications across the NSW motorways and tunnels sites. This role is based in Woolloomooloo and is best accessible through private transportation.

- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm with occasional night shifts for closures.
- Use the AIMS to plan/schedule, generate and distribute work orders to work parties.
- Assisting field staff with daily Maximo issues and provide additional training where required.
- Assist Asset Engineers for closure planning and coordination activities.
- Keep track and report incident response KPI data.
- Generate weekly lookahead programs and share with the client.
- Strong background in administration.
- Must have good computer skills & skills in MS office package.
- Experience of reporting to internal management and client.
- Be able to take part in night shifts every quarter.
