Ideally you are coming across with experience operating in a similar role, however our client is ALL about cultural fit before abilities!

- Attention to detail - Contracts and Lease agreements will be your bible, so understanding and comprehending them is vital
- Willingness to learn - you may not tick all the boxes but you are willing and eager to learn it all
- Valid NSW Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
- Current Certificate of Registration or RE Licence
The general gist of the role:
- Client relationship building and management
- Account management of existing portfolio
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and repairs
- Negotiating lease agreements with tenants, managing lease renewals and terminations, and addressing tenant concerns or issues
- Conducting inspections
- Attending site visits
- General administration and data entry
