ABOUT THE POSITION.
As an Asset Program Engineer based in South Western Sydney, you will be responsible for developing and managing asset renewal and maintenance programs for all infrastructure and building assets and monitoring Councils approved works programs and budgetary performance.
DUTIES.
- Demonstrate knowledge in the development and maintenance of Asset Management Plans
- Experience in preparation of asset renewal programs for roads, public spaces, buildings and stormwater assets
- Coordinate the review and integration of infrastructure impacting strategies and plans
- Responsible for performing condition and defects inspections for buildings and all infrastructure assets
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Asset Management or relevant qualifications
- 5 years experience in a similar role is highly desirable
- Highly proficient in Conquest, PowerBI, GIS and Tech1
- High level of attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
