About the role
You will lead the coordination and implementation of scholarship programs, events and other activities for key member cohorts (including First Nations, LGTQIA+, culturally diverse and people with disability) from design to evaluation.
You will play a pivotal role in fostering and managing trusted, collaborative relationships with our members and stakeholders. Your partnership mindset is essential in dealing with member organisations of all sizes and across public and private sectors, making you a key influencer in their organisation's success.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience with project coordination, event management or similar;
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to self-manage and work independently as well as being part of a small team
- Proven experience in member and/or stakeholder relationship management, including being able to build and maintain successful relationships
- Excellent time management skills, including prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines with a high level of attention to details
- Experience with CRM’s and the ability to translate data analysis, metrics and data insights is desirable but not essential
