Duties and responsibilities include:Manage a portfolio of doemstic clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and delivering tailored solutions.Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and timely issue resolution.Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide seamless service and support.Assist in managing client accounts, including policy renewals, endorsements, and documentation.Liaise with underwriters and internal teams efficiently
We are looking for someone with:Minimum of 2 years previous experience in the insurance industry
Experience as an assistant insurance broker is desirable but not essential
Proficiency in working with commercial clients.Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
