About the Role
Join our dynamic Lending Support Team, where you'll guide our borrowers through every step, from loan origination to repayment. We're huge on customer service, so a genuine dedication to exceeding their expectations is essential.
The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in customer service—call centre or similar experience would be a plus. While this isn't your typical call centre role, confidence on the phone is key as you'll regularly connect with our customers.
You're detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills. While experience in consumer lending is beneficial, we provide thorough training. Your positive attitude and willingness to learn are your biggest assets.
Key responsibilites:
- Contact customers throughout their loan cycle at key milestones to ensure successful loan repayments according to established criteria and KPIs.
- Maintain the Loan Management System with clear, effective notes, and create follow-up tasks as per department processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to uphold a high standard of customer service, ensure timely task completion, and optimise internal processes.
