Assistant Accountant

Saunders Piping Solutions is seeking an Assistant Accountant.   The successful applicant will be responsible and accountable for the following: General Manage and reconcile bank accounts, credit cards and journal entries. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies a Assist with the preparation of financial statements and managing reports.

Process accounts payable and receivable. Enter and pay invoices on the Jobpac system. Process receipts when required.

Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies. Assist the company wherever possible to ensure the overall health, safety and welfare of all Saunders International Personnel, Contractors, or visitors within the Entity. Ensure all work practices are carried out in as safe a manner as possible and always complies with all applicable legislation and Saunders International’s Occupational Health Safety and Environmental (OHS&E) policies / procedures.
