Form of workSaunders Piping Solutions is seeking an Assistant Accountant. The successful applicant will be responsible and accountable for the following:
General
- Manage and reconcile bank accounts, credit cards and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies a
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and managing reports.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Enter and pay invoices on the Jobpac system.
- Process receipts when required.
Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies.
- Assist the company wherever possible to ensure the overall health, safety and welfare of all Saunders International Personnel, Contractors, or visitors within the Entity.
- Ensure all work practices are carried out in as safe a manner as possible and always complies with all applicable legislation and Saunders International’s Occupational Health Safety and Environmental (OHS&E) policies / procedures.
- Insist that all services delivered to clients always meet the strict quality standards set by the Company.
