IAC Acoustics (Australia) Pty Ltd is a global industrial acoustics company with 5 manufacturing plants around the world. We provide total custom-made solutions from the primary stage of design to the final stage of site installation.
IAC Australia manufactures, supplies, and installs a variety of acoustic products and solutions across Australia and the South-Pacific region.
Our projects range from acoustic doors and windows, soundproof rooms, vent silencers, audiology booths and rooms, and mobile equipment, and we have a strong market presence in the following industries:
Power, oil and gas;- Mining and Marine equipment;
- Power generation and Commercial Construction;
- Anechoic chambers, test facilities, hearing and sound booths and chambers.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Complete Payroll processing on a fortnightly and monthly basis.- Complete month end journals.
- Process Profit and Loss statement.
- Complete wages reconciliations.
- Complete FBT and Payroll tax reporting.
- Input and reconcile creditors and weekly EFT.
- General office support tasks.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate who:
Has previous experience with Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Assistant Accounting processes.- Has completed or is currently completing their CPA.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of auditing principles and practices.
Experience with Sybiz, and/or Sybiz Visipay is advantageous.
