Due to Nature of work, only Australian citizen eligible to obtain a NV1 clearance will be considered for this position.

One of our clients is looking for Assistant Accountant Treasury, based in Adelaide.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable to perform all daily banking duties and maintaining all cash flow working papers that support systems and treasury decision making.
• Setup all online payments based on support from Accounts, Payroll and Finance.
• Responsible to perform internal controls as necessary to ensure governance is upheld within the Treasury function. Internal controls include periodic reconciliations, system review controls, and periodic reviews of card facilities, among other duties.
• Preparing periodic reports that provide information to users about cash flow, investments, risks, and guarantee arrangements.
• Managing financial investments involving, analysing cash investment levels, proposing new investments, engaging with banks for quotations, managing underlying workbooks that track investments and earnings.
