Office Administration Assistant (Traineeship Available)
MGA’s North Sydney office is recruiting an Office Administration Assistant to cover a range of functions within a busy Insurance Broking office. The role includes performing general Office Administration duties, answering phone calls, issuing documents to clients & occasional Executive Assistant work for the Director. Formal training & qualifications are available if the successful person wishes to pursue further career advancement.
About the Team
The MGA Sydney / Brisbane team consists of 13 staff, spread across our North Sydney and Toowong (Brisbane) offices. As a business, our primary focus is on delivering an excellence in customer service, providing quality advice to our clients and developing ourselves as insurance professionals.

About the Role
This role is a new role at MGA Insurance Brokers. Due to rapid growth in the business, we are creating a new role in the team to provide Office Administration & sales support to the team. The successful applicant will be required to undertake the following activities:
- Answer in-bound phone calls, providing a happy & friendly engagement with the client;
- Assisting with the day to day servicing of client requirements such as taking payments & issuing policy documentation;
- Ensuring the office is clean, neat and tidy at the start & end of each day;
- Making out-bound ‘healthcheck’ calls to clients, seeking opportunities to refer sales calls to a broker; and
- Providing Executive Assistant support to the Director as needed.
We would look favourably on a candidate that has experience in digital content creation for Social Media, either professionally or as a side project, who could assist in building out our own online presence.

Hybrid / Flexible Work Options
Due to the type of role this is, the position is full time in the office, Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
