We are offering an exceptional candidate the opportunity to step into our Assistant Centre Manager role and build upon the excellent work of our team. The position on offer is a permanent full time role working 38 hours per week.
You will partner with our Centre Manager to inspire, mentor and lead our fresh and qualified team of educators to create a supportive, fun and friendly environment for both educators and families alike.

The Opportunity
Great Beginnings Belmont North has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Assistant Centre Manager to join our 110-place service. We are seeking a dedicated team member with the drive to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children. Our Centre is well equipped with resources and programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework curriculum, including a specialised Kindergarten program.
About Us
Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities. At capacity our centre caters for 110 children with operating hours between 6.30am - 6.30pm.
About You
- You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
- An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A current Working with Children Check
- First Aid certificate
