About the Role
We are seeking a Full-Time Reception & Administrative Assistant to join our amazing team in North Lakes.
Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals, you will provide timely Reception and Administrative support to clients and team members at Youthrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service and Administrative support to client families and the Youthrive team.
- Organise client referrals, book appointments and fill cancellations.
- Complete invoicing, payment processing and receipting.
- Manage reception, incoming phone calls and correspondence.
- Make purchases and ensure the clinic is appropriately resourced.
- Organise and complete filing, scanning and archiving client and clinic documentation.
Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated previous experience providing administration support to a busy office in the allied health/medical industry is essential.
- Cert II in Business Administration or equivalent (desirable).
- Excellent organisational, time management and problem solving skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications and experience with client management and payment processing systems.
- Knowledge of Medicare, private health insurance and NDIS highly regarded.
Other requirements:
- Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Applicants must be eligible to legally work in Australia and proof of eligibility may be requested.
- Fully vaccinated with the prescribed doses of an approved vaccine against COVID-19 or have an approved medical exemption.
