SalaryOur Client is a leading provider of Government and Intergrated Facilities Management services across Australia & New Zealand, and are currently looking for a Assistant Company Secretary.
The purpose of the Assistant Company Secretary is to support the Company Secretary & Deputy Company Secretary to ensure subsidiaries and joint venture boards comply with ASX Listing rules, the Corporation Act, Legistlation and other regulatory requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
- Work closely with your team to decipher solutions for clientele
- Maintaining corporate registers, legal entity charts and data
- Managment of entity compliance, lodgement obligations, execution and processing documents as required.
- Assist with the development and implementation of polices, processes, communication, guidelines and training
- Develop and maintain the Company Secretariat site
- Provide Governance advice and support to client business units
- Bachelor of Law or Bachelor of Commerce suitable but not essential
- Corporate Governance qualification or willingness to complete strongly preferred.
- 3+ years in Governance environment
