We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to fill the role of Assistant Director Human Resources in the People Services Section
FSANZ’s small human resources team provides a range of human resource functions across the employee life-cycle to meet staff and management needs, and to fulfil organisational employment obligations.
You will lead, guide and manage the development of workforce planning, payroll functions, recruitment, employment conditions, industrial relations, talent and change management, any ad-hoc HR questions as they arise and provide reports and expert advice to staff, management, executive and committees.
You will use your strong research and analytical skills to identify workforce capability gaps and provide input into job design, employment frameworks, recruitment strategies, the performance and L&D frameworks, strategic planning and HR policies and procedures.
You will maintain a focus on organisational health and wellbeing and identify and implement strategies for diversity and inclusion.
You will contribute to decision making and organisational development, and maintain the organisation’s ability to attract, retain, develop and manage highly engaged and motivated staff.
You will drive innovation and modernisation of operations, displaying stewardship and continuously striving for best practice in service delivery. You will lead and manage a team of HR professionals and be required to support the team in the delivery of HR operational services when required.
