We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our Early Learning Centre as a Full-time Teacher and Assistant Director. Your role: As the Assistant Director of the ELC you will be required to teach in our Kindy room (4-5's) as well as provide administrative and logistical support to the Head of the Early Learning Centre. This role will be pivotal in developing our children’s lifelong love of learning by supporting and guiding children's learning and development as well as creating a supportive and thriving team environment. Responsibilities Include: In addition to the role of Teacher; Display a sound knowledge of the Head of Early Learning's role to confidently step into that position in the Head's absence. Support and assist the Head of Early Learning on matters in relation to the Centre’s daily operations and supporting a rich Pedagogical Program. Maintain the Centre QIP, policies, procedures and practices. Maintain Centre records in relation to staff and children.
