Our practice is exploding with growth so we are searching for an experienced Assistant Practice Manager to work alongside our Practice Manager on a part time basis.

About you (What we are looking for)
We currently see approximately 1600 patients through the clinic per week. The variety of our service offerings is always expanding and our administration team needs to grow to support this:
Ideally you will:
- Have past experience with practice management in a busy general practice setting
- Have some HR experience
- Have experience with Policy Management
- Have Best Practice Software experience
- Have experience with MS Word / Excel / Sharepoint and ZOHO would be advantageous
- Have an understanding of AGPAL Accreditation
- Have a good understanding of PRODA
- Have a current first aid and CPR Certificate
- Have a complex understanding of Medicare and DVA
- Have a current police check
