The CompanyCompany based in the Sydney CBD is seeking for an experienced, energetic and proactive Assistant Project Accountant to start immediately. This role is temporary for the next 2 months and can go permanent for the right person. The Role · End to end Project Accounting tasks· Project Entities P&L & Balance Sheet reporting and control in line with the published timetable· Project Entities Year End reporting and compliance.· Prepare and process settlement journals on project sales, including the maintenance of the Settlement Schedules.· Bank reconciliation· Loan reconciliations· Prepare monthly / quarterly BAS for project entities for review by Project Accountant· Prepare and manage Project Call Notices (PCN) and associated documents for Investor Funding and Approval.· Adhere to any other statutory and compliance requirements.· Provide ad hoc finance support to Financial Controller and border Finance team as required.
