Our ClientOur client is an award-winning boutique agency, that now has a rare opportunity to join their team in a support role working closely with the Head of Department and Property Managers. Consequently, their business culture is one of excellence (and lots of fun). The Position
- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
- Assisting with Routine inspections
- Helping the Property Managers with final bonds
- Conducting home opens
- PM admin – coordinating lease agreements & advertising
- Maintenance
- Checking PM’s emails if they are on annual leave
- Previous Assistant Property management or inspections/leasing experience is preferred
- Tidy presentation & confident demeanor
- High-level customer service
