We are seeking a professional and proactive Assistant Property Manager to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous property management experience, or someone with previous customer service, administration or similar experience and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:
General office administration
First point of contact on the phone and greeting clients
Assisting the Property Management department
Coordinating property maintenance
Managing tenant relations
Process tenant applications
Ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in real estate or property management preferred but not essential
Experience in Property Tree is desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
Detail-oriented and organised
Schedule: Flexible working hours, 25 hours per week over Monday - Friday (would suit school hours)
