Assistant Property Manager

Starr Partners Glenmore Park & Penrith is currently seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager for our highly successful Property Management Division.

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will provide first-class support & assistance to our clients and property management team.

You will enjoy working in a positive & friendly team with ongoing support & guidance from our leadership team and senior Property Managers who bring a wealth of industry experience.  

Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicating to landlords and tenants 
• Conduct & discuss rent reviews and lease renewals 
• Application, preparation and attending tribunal
• Discuss repair requests with landlords and tenants 
• Manage vacates  
• Dispute resolution

​Skills and Experience Required:

• ​Property management experience 
• Current Certificate of Registration
• High level of professionalism
• Commitment to superior customer service
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent rapport building skills.
• Experience with Property Tree an advantage.
• Mature and levelheaded
